Morris, or merely "Morse", is a bulldog that is owned by the man who telegraphs Nome with news on the state of the antitoxin delivery. He is most notably defined by that, whenever the telegraph made a clicking noise, the little bulldog's ears would click in response. He's first to hear news from outside of town and often relays it to Doc.

Not much is known about his character traits other then he's reliable on news.

Balto[]
He is first seen when his owner is making a telegraph about Steele and what an amazing dog he is while his ears keep picking that up and tries to get rid of it by touching them with his legs but he'll accidently bite his leg. Owner pets him after that.
Later, he would be alerted about the lack of medicine to cure the disease on Nome.
Soon after that, Steele and his team missed their checkpoint and became lot, he tries to go outside but he barely gets out of the dog-door and alerts Doc about it.
Near the end, everyone were excited to hear about the sled team returning and Morse tries to get out of the door only for his owner opens the door and hits him by the face, presumably he alerted Doc about Balto's sled team's return.

- He is the only canine that never has any speaking lines.
- His name is a pun on based on Morse Code, which is fitting since his owner is a telegrapher.
