The unnamed husky is the father of Balto.
Biography[]
Not much is known about Balto's father. In the second film, Balto II: Wolf Quest, Balto barely tells Aleu only that he was a husky. Balto never mentions about love between the husky and Aniu, he never describes any physical or personality traits of the husky. Aniu herself never mentioned Balto's father, even at the end of the film, during quick meet with Balto, she said nothing about Balto's father, revealing to Balto only that she is his mother. In the third film, Balto tells to Stella that he never had a father and considered only Boris as his dad.
According to Dev Ross, the scriptwriter of the second film, Balto's father was never developed, but was intended to be just a random stray dog, a loner and survivor, who is "like a human father, who begets a child and then never even knows it", meaning that there was no love between Aniu and the husky, and that Balto's father just mated with Aniu and then abandoned her, having no idea about Balto's existence.
Appearance[]
Despite not making any actual appearances in the films, his appearance possibly will resembles Balto or Aleu in a way.
